To his advantage during free practice, Marco Wittmann confirmed in qualifying. The Signature driver achieved the best time of the session by completing a lap of the Zandvoort track in 1:29:602. A performance which will allow the German to start from first place on the starting grid for the third race of the weekend on Sunday.
He was a tenth ahead of local hero Nigel Melker (Mücke Motorsport). But the Dutchman having achieved the best second time, it is he who will start from pole position for the first race tomorrow.
