The FIA World Council held yesterday in Munich focused on single-seater disciplines. Following the success of the F3 European Championship, the Federation has decided to set up the F3 Middle East Cup from next January. The first edition will be contested in Bahrain and a call to promoters has been launched. The F3 chassis have seen their homologation extended until December 31, 2017. Finally, new F4 Championships will be launched in different countries.
