The Russian pilot Artem Petrov has been confirmed for the 2018 season of F3 with the Van Amersfoort Racing team. Fifth in the Italian F4 championship last year, he made his mark with the Dutch team during the last two rounds of the German F4 last year with a victory in the last race of the year.

Artem Petrov joins Keyvan Andres Soori at Van Amersfoort Racing and is the 9th rookie confirmed for the season in a grid which already exceeds the figures of 2017.
