The Monegasque Arthur Leclerc (Prema Racing) took pole position in both qualifying sessions of the day, in Misano, during the first meeting of the F3 Regional Europe. He will also start from the leading position on Sunday, in race 3, since he also signed the best of the second best times in qualifying. Charles' brother beat Gianluca Petecof (Prema Racing) and Juri Vips (KIC Motorsport) in both sessions. He will start ahead of Petecof in races 1 and 3 and ahead of Vips in race 2.

The two other Prema drivers Oliver Rasmussen and Jamie Chadwick respectively set the 4th and 7th times in the two sessions. On the French side, Pierre-Louis Chovet (Van Amersfoort) qualified 5th and 6th, while Gillian Henrion (Gillian Track Events) set the 10th time of the two sessions. The first two races will take place on Saturday afternoon, while race 3 will take place on Sunday morning.
