After an abortive first return at the start of the year, the Fortec Motorsport team joins the FIA European championship Formula 3 after three years of absence. The British are signing up with Romanian driver Petru Florescu who already knows the team after a EuroFormula Open campaign.
Petru Florescu also knows the car after taking part in two weekends of the European championship last year with Motopark and will therefore not be considered a rookie.
Fortec's last appearance in the international F3 championship dates back to the Macau Grand Prix in 2016 with Ferdinand Habsburg and Sam MacLeod.
