18-year-old driver David Vidales joins Italian team JD Motorsport in Formula Renault Eurocup. The young Spaniard will want to confirm his potential glimpsed in karting. Double Spanish champion among cadets, he reached the podium of the world juniors in 2016 and the world championships in 2017 in OK Kart. He remains on a second place during the International Super Cup in KZ2 last year.
His performances had already caught the eye of the team Formula 3 Campos Racing, which tested it last winter.
David Vidales will start this weekend at Imola in Italy, for the second round of the Eurocup.
