Le Brésilien Igor Fraga, issu de l’Esport via le championnat FIA GTC sur Gran Turismo, a décroché le titre 2020 des Toyota Racing Series en Nouvelle-Zélande, en remportant la troisième course décisive du week-end sur le tracé Manfeild Circuit Chris Amon.
Fraga, lined up under the colors of M2 Compétition, dominated the race after controlling three restarts behind the safety car, and won ahead of Franco Colapinto (Kiwi Motorsport) and Liam Lawson (M2 Compétition), outgoing champion and last rival of the driver auriverde for the crown.
Igor Fraga will compete in the FIA F3 in 2020 with the Charouz structure.
