Liam Lawson (Team Motopark) honors his status as leader in the general classification of the Euroformula Open. The 17-year-old New Zealander played through the rain to twice set the best time in the free practice sessions on Friday May 16 in Pau (Pyrénées-Atlantiques). The Carlin team, with Christian Hahn, seems the only one able to resist the hegemony of Team Motopark, which places four men in the top 5 of EL2.
