The air of the Austrian hills suits it like a glove. After dominating the free practice of the Formula 3 Europe on the Red Bull Ring (Austria), Mick Schumacher (Prema) strengthened its hold by taking pole position on Friday at the end of the day. The German lapped more than two tenths faster than his teammate Robert Shwartzman (Prema).

The only Frenchman involved, Sacha fenestraz (Carlin), will start from 13th place in Race 1, Saturday at 11:25 a.m.
