The team Motopark changes dimension for the 2018 season of the European Championship Formula 3. Next to the winner of the 2017 Macau Grand Prix Daniel Ticktum, five other pilots will evolve. If four of them have already been named for a few weeks (Marino Sato, Juri Vips, Jonathan Aberdein and Fabio Scherer), the identity of the sixth man was revealed on Friday. It is Sebastien Fernandez, defector from Italian Formula 4 (4th in 2017).
“We ran an intense testing program this winter, and it proved that I had found an ideal environment in F3”, indicates the 17-year-old Colombian. The teenager will take his first steps in the championship at the Grand Prix de Pau (Pyrénées-Atlantiques), from May 11 to 13.
