Russian Alexander Smolyar will take part in the new Formuel Renault Eurocup in 2019. The 17-year-old driver will be transferred from Tech 1 Racing to R-ace GP for the occasion. Alexander Smolyar, second in Spanish Formula 4 in 2017, finished his first Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup season in 12th place.
