Q2 and Q3 of the weekend F3 in Misano took place in Dantesque conditions, the light already reduced at 19:00 p.m. further darkened with storms and Dantesque rain falling on the circuit. However, it was the rookies who pulled out all the stops in qualifying.

Jury Vips (Motopark) took pole position for the second race with a best time of 1'46''004, only 65 thousandths faster than Marcus Armstrong (Prema Racing) while the grid is separated by more than five seconds. Mick Schumacher (Prema Racing) ranks 3e ahead of his teammate Ralf Aron and Ferdinand Habsburg (Carlin).

For Q3, it’s up to Armstrong that the pole returns with a 100% Prema Racing line completed by Ralf Aron. Jüri Vips is 3e in front of Guan Yu Zhou while Ferdinand Habsburg remains 5e. Sacha fenestraz (Carlin), will leave 14e and 12e of the next two races.
