In the lead for many minutes with provisional pole in Formula 2, Julien Jousse ranks fourth in the qualifying session for the first race at Spa-Francorchamps. Tobias Hegewald, already faster during the two free practice sessions, confirmed his knowledge of the circuit by taking pole position, ahead of Andy Soucek and Robert Wickens. The leading group in this new discipline that is Formula 2 is beginning to take shape.
