Volkswagen Motorsport organized a pre-season training course for its drivers F3 and Polo Cup at Oberjoch in the Bavarian mountains.
Thirty-three pilots from fourteen different nationalities participated in this physical and theoretical program.
“I had the opportunity to discover Nordic skiing for the first time during this training camp,” reveals Finn Mika Mäki, one of the favorites for the F3 Euro Series title this season. “These activities are relaxing and allow us to work physically. This is important to prepare for our season. »
At the end of the four days, a relay race was organized. “Competition is part of our life,” says Frenchman Jean-Karl Vernay. “I really liked this race at the end of the course. It was a new opportunity to push our limits. Now I feel ready to start the season. I am impatient ! »
