New car in F2

For its second season of existence, the new Formula 2 equips itself with a car evolved. Steven Kane, test driver, and Andy Soucek, 2009 F2 champion, were able to test the Williams JPH1B to Barcelona and Portimao. On the Spanish ring, Andy Soucek achieved a best lap of 1:35:7, or 2:3 better than the best lap achieved at the 2009 meeting. We have improved the car in every way, says Soucek.
