Leader of the championship Formula 2, Andy Soucek took pole (1:16:947) in the second race at Brands Hatch. The Spaniard emerged victorious in the half-hour of qualifying, beating Robert Wickens (1:16:975) and Sebastian Hohenthal (1:17:108). Big disappointment for Julien Jousse, only sixteenth (1?17??709).
