Nick Tandy (Kolles & Heinz Union) set the best time in the second free practice session at the Barcelona circuit, in the Formula 3 Euro Series. The Briton beat the French Adrien Tambay and Jules Bianchi (ART Grand Prix). The drivers will return to the track at 16:35 p.m. for qualifying for the first race of the weekend.
