Mathéo Tuscher, the young Swiss driver with a French mother, 2012 vice-champion of Formula Two organized by Jonathan Palmer, received the prize for best Rookie of the year from Autosport magazine, during the traditional ?Awards? ceremony. from the British magazine. Tuscher was elected, against James Calado, Robin Frijns, Romain Grosjean, Josef Newgarden, simon pagenaud, Charles Pic, Daniel Ricciardo, Felix Seralles and Jean-Eric Vergne. Sorry! He succeeds Paul Di Resta on the list.

Mathéo, who will barely turn 16 on December 12, started in car in 2011 by winning the Formula Pilota China (Formula Abarth) championship. He distinguished himself this year by competing for the title with the British Luciano Bacheta, much more experienced than him, totaling 2 victories, 4 pole positions and a best lap. He will undoubtedly remain for a while the youngest winner in the discipline.
