Julien Jousse, best time in the first free practice session this Friday morning at Imola, only set the ninth fastest time in qualifying for the first race of the weekend, in Formula 2. It was the Lithuanian Kazim Vasiliauskas who achieved the best time, ahead of Mirko Bortolotti, Mikhail Aleshin and Robert Wickens. Andy Soucek is sixth and could be crowned champion tomorrow, after the first race.
