Jean-Marie Cuoq, imperial from start to finish of the event, won the Rally Land of the Cardabelles. By achieving the best time in almost all of the special stages, the driver of the Peugeot 206 WRC was able to relegate the performances of Dominique Bruyneel (Subaru S5 WRC) and Laurent Carbonaro (Ford Focus) to the background.
In the French championship rankings, Dominique Bruyneel is still in the lead.
