Bryan Bouffier (Peugeot 207 S2000) retains the head of the Rally of Poland at the end of the first three stages contested on wet and muddy courses. The Frenchman now has a lead of 12 seconds over Robert Kubica (Citroën DS3 RRC) who moved up to second place by taking advantage of the Fiesta R5 of Kajetan Kajetanowicz. Jan Kopecky (Skoda Fabia S2000) follows at 25 seconds, narrowly keeping the advantage over the Fiesta RRC of Michal Solowow, which follows at a second. Craig Breen (207 S2000) is in seventh place, one second behind the Fiesta RRC of Krzystzof Holowcyzkc. Michal Kosciuszko (Fiesta R5) dropped to eighth after experiencing steering problems.
