Martin Kangur (Ford Fiesta S2000) achieved the scratch in the qualifying special of Rally of Estonia by completing the 2,95km course in 1'30”0. The local driver will thus have the privilege of first choosing his position on the route for the first stage. Ott Tänak (Fiesta R5) is the closest with three tenths behind, ahead of Sepp Wiegand (Skoda Fabia S2000) and Timmu Korge (Fiesta R5) who follow less than a second behind. Sébastien Chardonnet (Citroën DS3 R5) set the fifth time, 1”9 behind the benchmark, tied with Esapekka Lappi (Fabia S2000). Robert Consani (Peugeot 207 S2000) is 12th, four seconds behind.
