Le Rally of the Azores experienced several surprises in this last stage. After leader Kajetan Kajetanowicz (Ford Fiesta R5) fell in the standings following transmission problems, it was the turn of Alexey Lukyanuk (Fiesta R5) to be slowed down by turbo problems.
Ricardo Moura (Fiesta R5) finds himself leading the race with 42 seconds ahead of Alexey Lukyanuk, while Kajetan Kajetanowicz remains on the provisional podium more than three minutes from the lead of the race.
