The French in power! The morning of the second day of Rally of the Canaries allowed Adrien fourmaux to take the lead in the general classification with his Ford Fiesta R5 MkII ahead of his compatriot Yoann Bonato in the Citroën C3 R5.

Adrien Fourmaux, who won two scratches today, finds himself in the lead ahead of his compatriot Yoann Bonato at 33 seconds and Ivan Ares at one minute. In better shape than the day before despite continued rainy weather, Alexey Lukyanuk (Citroën) moved up to sixth place, 1'49 behind the leader and just behind his championship rival Oliver Solberg and his Volkswagen Polo.
