Andreas Mikkelsen (Skoda) loses almost five minutes in the Halenkovice special following a double puncture. The Norwegian drops from third to tenth place. Jan Kopecky (Skoda) takes the scratch with a time of 11'25"9 at the end of the 21,4km. Juho Hänninen (Skoda) drops more than six seconds.
The Finn now only has a five-second lead over Jan Kopecky. Roman Kresta took advantage of the reigning champion's misfortunes to take third place, Tomas Kostka (Skoda) remaining in fourth position just 3” from the provisional podium. Robert Barrable (Skoda) climbs to fifth place. Florian Gonon (Peugeot ) occupied 20th place in the ranking but the Swiss went off the road on this course.
