Giandomenico Basso (Fiesta S2000) signed the scratch with a time of 12'22"3 at the end of the 15,8km from Rofelle and takes back the three tenths lead that Andreas Mikkelsen (Fabia S2000) had. The two leaders return to perfect equality!
Germain Bonnefis (207 S2000) continues to shine by setting the fifth time, 27 seconds behind the reference time behind Sepp Wiegand (Fabia S2000) and Umberto Scandola (Fabia S2000). The Frenchman moves up to seventh place but will have difficulty entering the top six on a regular basis with Gergély Szabo who occupies sixth place in his Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X which has more than two minutes ahead of the 207 S2000.
