First round of the French gravel rally championship, the Terre de Provence promises to be an interesting confrontation between some French sure values, like Alain Deveza (Subaru WRC), Paul Chieusse (Peugeot 206 WRC), Stéphane Chambon (Subaru Impreza Group A) and three top Belgian drivers (who this year took a French license to aim for the title), Dominique Bruyneel (Subaru WRC), Bernard Munster (Skoda Octavia WRC) and the brothers Colsoul (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X).
Hostilities begin on Saturday morning at 11:03 a.m., with six stages. On Sunday, four stages are scheduled, with a final arrival in Digne at 16 p.m.
