Alexey Lukyanuk (Ford Fiesta R5) made the best start at the Rzeszow Rally in Poland, a round counting towards the European Rally Championship ERC. The Russian achieved the scratch over the 23,83 km of Grudna 1 in 12'10"3 and is 4"2 ahead of Mads Ostberg (Ford Fiesta R5), disrupted by overheating brakes in the special.
Marijan Griebel places her Skoda Fabia R5 in third place at 11″4 ahead of another Fabia R5, entrusted to Nikolay Gryazin. Kajetan Kajetanowicz (Ford Fiesta R5) completes the top 5 at 14″3, and precedes the Ford Fiesta R5 of Bryan Bouffier, not entirely satisfied with his mount this first sector against the clock. Note the accident of José Maria Lopez (Peugeot 208 T16 R5).
