The 38rd edition of Rally from Pays de Caux (Seine-Maritime) was mourned by a tragic accident. Laurent Licour and his co-driver Cindy Sevestre went off the road aboard their Peugeot 309 GTi in SS2 of this regional rally. The pilot died at the scene of the accident. His 22-year-old co-pilot was seriously injured.
