After refereeing the knife fight between Esteban Masson and Macéo Capietto last year, Hugh Barter showed that he was determined to take the leading role from now on in Formula 4. Starting from pole position after having already won Race 1 , the Australian also dominated race 3 and consolidated his lead at the top of the championship.
Perfectly starting from the leading position, the reigning vice-champion was able to keep Pierre-Alexandre Provost at a good distance. The two men are accompanied on the podium by AUTOhebdo Rookie Academy member Alessandro Giusti.
Starting badly from third position, the native of Bièvres managed to limit the damage in sector 1 by losing only one position, before attacking and passing the Japanese Souta Arao in the second lap. Elliott Vayron and Souta Arao complete the top 5. Unlike the first two races, this time there were quite a few battles on the track, especially in the peloton. Next round of F4 France in Pau-ville, for the big return of the urban round (May 6-8).
