Honestly, really?? I know well that a Ferrari is all-risk insurance for a motorsport media but still! no trace on the front page of the identity of the winner of the GP, we had to dare. About the article on the request (for the moment refused) from Renault to be able to compensate for its so-called handicap of around 20hp power, it is from memory from 3% and not from 1 that it was envisaged that this would be possible, and there , the 3% are not there!! Too bad the article does not ask the right questions, why does Renault not do, has not done, like the other engine manufacturers?? An idea of an answer; Renault which would not would not have stayed if the budget cap had not been implemented we have done it (as it has for far too long) with the strict minimum of budget, with this mode of operation they can restructure again and again it will never do it! And when we see that ultimately the famous (smoky?) budget cap prevents those who are behind from progressing in the hierarchy, even more so!
