Maxime Martin and Frédéric Makowiecki maintained their advantage by winning ahead of Westbrook-Dumbreck and Campbell-Walter-Brabham in the qualifying race.

Martin and Makowiecki make it happen in Ordos

Starting on pole in the qualifying race, Maxime Martin and Frédéric Makowiecki retained control of the race until the checkered flag. The crew of the No. 41 Marc VDS Racing Ford GT Matech was still put under pressure by the No. 22 Nissan GT-R of Richard Westbrook and Peter Dumbreck during the 36 laps of the race, the crew of JR Motorsports finishing less than two seconds behind the winners.

Campbell-Walter-Brabham came back well from their fifth position on the grid to reach the last step of the podium. The No. 21 Nissan of Sumo Power is ahead on the line.Aston Martin DB9 n°3 of Dusseldorp-Piccione (Hexis AMR), Stef Dusseldorp having managed to overtake the Lamborgini Murcielago 670 RS n°38 of Winkelhock-Basseng (All-Inkl.com) on the last lap.

Ho-Pin Tung will not have seen the finish of his national race, the No. 18 Corvette (Exim Bank) having retired due to mechanical problems.
