Hired 39 years ago by David Richards when his SME had only nine employees, the engineer who won many times with Subaru in the WRC has become a major figure at Prodrive. Rather than spending peaceful days, the Englishman is keeping an eye on the Bahrain Raid Xtreme rally-raid program.

No! I promise you, I've driven just about every car that's gone through the Prodrive workshops (in Banbury, England)I've been involved in the troubleshooting of many models, including this Hunter. I admit, I was driving slower than Seb (Loeb). Editor's note). Furthermore, I now have the right to drive Subaru WRC cars at historic events. It's a great honor.

We are at the Dakar Rally in Saudi Arabia; a territory that Prodrive had never entered before 2021.
