Bakkerud in the lead at Höljes

Andreas Bakkerud (Audi S1) was the most effective during the first two qualifying rounds of the World RX in Höljes (Sweden) where there were many surprises and racing events. Winner of Q1 where there were numerous accidents, the resident of the Monster Energy RX Cartel set the 11th time in Q2 where the fastest in the first round were handicapped by setting off first while a downpour had just soaked Track.

Anton Marklund (Renault Mégane RS RX) is closest to the Audi occupying second place ahead of Kevin Abbring (Skoda Fabia), Kevin Eriksson (Ford Fiesta) follows in 4th place ahead of Reinis Nitiss (Hyundai). Having rolled over in Q1, the former European champion moved back into the standings by setting the best time in Q2. The latter is ahead of Guerlain Chicherit (Renault Mégane RS)

Team Hansen-MJP had a difficult day. Kevin Hansen (Peugeot 208) is in 9th place ahead of GRX drivers Niclas Grönholm and Timur Timerzyanov (Hyundai), while his teammate Timmy Hansen is only 16th. Fabien Pailler (Peugeot 208) is currently the last qualifier in 12th position, while Cyril Raymond (Renault Clio RS) has slipped to 14th place. Jonathan Pailler (Peugeot 208) is 20th.

Liam Doran (Audi S1) lost big by only setting the 20th time in Q2 after going off the track and is in 22nd place.
