This season, in the championship service parks ERC, cars running on MRF tires were found to be more numerous than during the previous competition. With their specific colors, they do not go unnoticed and it must be recognized that certain decorations are attractive. Seeing a Citroën C3 Rally2 evolve with this type of rubber demonstrates the manufacturer's desire to further expand its customer base.

In certain races, there were up to 10 Rally2s using MRFs with a heterogeneous panel of drivers since there were Nordics (Mads Ostberg and Pontud Tidemand), Italians (Andrea Mabellini, Andrea Nucita or Simone Campedelli), Spaniard Efren Llarena or Latvian Martins Sesks.

By multiplying participations in this way, MRF gave itself more chances of succeeding in shining, because not all of these outings, one-off or over several rallies, were successful. Better performances were expected from Mads Ostberg who also had mechanical problems, Efren Llarena was never able to find the speed necessary to defend his crown and Pontus Tidemand did not weigh on the championship during his 2 appearances.

Of all the MRF drivers, Martins Seks was the most convincing with 2 victories in Poland and at home. The points contributed by the Latvian weighed heavily in the awarding of the Teams title in the 2023 ERC.

A true specialist in the FIA Asia-Pacific championship with 9 titles, the No. 1 tire manufacturer in India perfectly defended its 2022 crown obtained in ERC, a competition where MRF has been present since 2020.

In addition to his successes, Sesks also brought a 3e place in Sweden which completed the podium of Efren Llarena in the Canaries and the points of Simone Campedelli in the Roman Power Stage. The second entered MRF Tires Dealer Team also finished 3e with the results of Ostberg and Mabellini.

This award is in addition to last year's Drivers/Co-Drivers/Teams titles as well as the 2021 and 2022 Italian gravel and asphalt championships and the 2021 Finnish championship.
