Committed for the night round of the German Touring Championship (DTM) in Misano (Italy, August 25-26), Alessandro zanardi completed no less than 294 laps during the two days of private testing on the Vallelunga circuit (Italy). These tests allowed the multiple Paralympic medalist to get used to a new driving system.

The 51-year-old Italian was delighted by the new system, in particular the brakes placed on the gear lever. “I'm not going to be any faster with this system compared to the old one, but I wouldn't have been able to do as many laps with the old system.
