Asian Le Mans Series entry record
Never have so many cars participated in the Asian Le Mans Series. Next February, no less than 36 cars will take the start of this 2021 campaign which will take place entirely on the Yas Marina circuit due to the health crisis.
In total, 17 prototypes (7 LMP2s and 10 LMP3s) and 19 GT3s will compete in the four races scheduled for next ALMS season.
For this record campaign, the reigning champions responded. G-Drive Racing will enter two Aurus 01s in LMP2. Winner of the LMP2 Am category Eurointernational will be there as will Nielsen Racing. Crowned in GT, the HubAuto team has confirmed its presence.
Twelve new teams will also be present on the starting grid next year CD Sport, DKR Engineering, Era Motorsport, Formula Racing, Garage 59, GPX, Inception Racing in collaboration with Optimum, Phoenix Racing, Precote Herbeth Motorsport, Rinaldi Racing and Walkenhorst Motorsport.
Some returns such as those of ARC Bratislava, TF Sport, D'station Racing and AF Corse should be noted.
