This is what we call bouncing back in style! Plagued by technical problems the day before, the No. 07 Oreca 43 of Inter Europol Competition (Charles Crews-Christian Bogle-Nolan Siegel) could not have asked for a better Race 2 at the Dubai Autodrome (United Arab Emirates). ).

However, things got off to a very bad start for the Polish LMP2 which started from pole position. Overwhelmed by the United Autosports No. 23 as soon as the green flag was shown, Inter Europol Competition saw Charles Crews spin before the end of the first lap as he tried to put pressure on Garnet Patterson.

Having fallen to the back of the peloton, the Polish structure was able to be patient and gradually catch up until it was in 2nd place.e position at the end of the first hour of racing! Back in the leading group, the Oreca 07 No. 43 could once again dream of victory. Discreet during the various scores, Inter Europol Competition went on the attack 25 minutes from time. Moment chosen by Nolan Siegel to successfully challenge Charlie Eastwood (Oreca 07 No. 3 – DKR Engineering), powerless in the face of the American's maneuver.

A solid leader, Siegel then took off to reach the finish line more than 15 seconds ahead of his first pursuer. Reigning champion, the Nielsen Racing team (Oreca 07 No. 24) completed the podium, around twenty seconds behind the winners.

DKR Engineering consoles itself with the LMP3

Although victory escaped them in LMP2 and therefore in the general classification, the Luxembourgers from DKR Engineering still managed to leave with the winners' trophy. It is in the LMP3 category that Kendy Janclaes' structure succeeded in imposing its law with the duo Valentino Catalano-Tom van Rompuy.

For its part, Graff Racing went for 2e place less than ten minutes from the checkerboard thanks to Xavier Lloveras in the N°320 Ligier JS P8 who managed to get rid of Fabien Lavergne (MVS Racing – N°320 Ligier JS P29).

In GT, Walkenhorst Motorsport continued the momentum of its victory the day before. A time behind, the trio Chandler Hull-Nicky Catsburg-Thomas Merrill gradually got back into the race to sign their second success in a row with a lap ahead of the Mercedes-AMG GT3 No. 10 from Get Speed.
