The soap opera 99 Racing had not yet had its final episode. After the last minute arrival of Gonçalo Ramos for the double header in Dubai, a new driver will support Nikita mazepin and Neel Jani at 99 Racing this weekend in Abu Dhabi.

Ahmad Al Harthy, who particularly distinguished himself in European Le Mans Series in GT last year, will sit in the No. 07 Oreca 98 of the British team for the last two rounds of the Asian Le Mans Series. The Omani is a quality reinforcement and his burst of speed could help 99 Racing to qualify well on Saturday, he who in 2022 became the first driver from Oman to take a pole position in ELMS.

The 41-year-old driver will also ride in WEC this season on a Aston Martin Vantage AMR from ORT by TF in GTE Am. He is the seventh name announced in the 99 Racing team for the ALMS.
