In the lead since the first hour, Prema continues to dominate the 4H of Barcelona. After Ferdinand Habsburg, it is Lorenzo Colombo who is now at the wheel of the Oreca in Italian colors. The transalpine pilot is ahead Nicolas lapierre on the No. 37 of COOL Racing and Nicolas Jamin on the No. 65 of Panis Racing. The two tricolors are fighting for second place. Second in the championship and victorious at the 4 Hours of Monza, the No. 28 from IDEC Sport lost big during this second hour of the race. Paul Lafargue made a mistake when braking in the first corner before giving way to Patrick Pilet. The French team is in 16th place.
The No. 13 from Inter Europol Competition is still at the top in the LM P3 category. Involved in the accident with Sarah Bovy (Iron Dames) at the start, Freddie Hunt moved up to second place with the No. 10 Eurointernational. Ross Kaiser occupies third place with the No. 6 of 360 Racing.
In LMGTE, it is the Ferrari No. 66 from JMW Motorsport which rose to the top of the standings thanks to an offbeat strategy. Two other Prancing Horse cars completed the podium at mid-race with the #55 from Spirit of Race and the #32 from Rinaldi Racing.
