The suspense remains total one hour before the end of the 4H. from Monza. While Prema had taken back control, Louis Delétraz was surprised by a textbook maneuver from Paul-Loup Chatin during a Safety Car restart. The Frenchman passed the Swiss again after an attempt at the first chicane to dive inside at the second. IDEC Sport is nevertheless subject to a 20-second penalty for violating Full Course Yellow procedures. Jack Aitken occupies third place for Racing Team Turkey, who must hold off Panis Racing's Job van Uitert.

Inter Europol Competition continues to dominate the LM P3 category with the No. 13 currently driven by Nico Pino. The Polish team has around ten seconds of margin on the 360 Racing Ligier driven by Terence Woodward. Eurointernational is on the last step of the podium with Max Koebolt at the wheel of the No. 11.
Proton Competition continues to lead the LM GTE category one hour from the goal of these 4H. from Monza with Lorenzo Ferrari installed in the Porsche 911 RSR – 19 n°77. L’Italien est chassé par Rahel Frey au volant de la Ferrari 488 GTE Evo n°83 des Iron Dames. Une autre Ferrari, celle de Rinaldi Racing est troisième avec la n°32 de Nicolas Varrone.
