COOL Racing (Kruetten, Stone, Ye) still leads the general classification of the 4 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps after starting from pole position. Behind, the first hour of the race was lively with numerous incidents. Second on the grid, Paul Lafargue made a mistake not once, but twice during the warm-up lap. Returning to the pits, the IDEC Sport Oreca fell to 38th position overall with Patrick Pilet now at the wheel. Duncan Tappy occupies second place for United Autosports ahead of Ferdinand Habsburg who has already moved up to third place. Only 8th on the grid, the situation has become clearer for Prema with a view to the title since Panis Racing is only in 8th place, behind the first LM P2 Pro-Am, that of TDS Racing x Vaillante.

Disaster averted for the Iron Dames

Accidents are increasing in LM P3 and it is Mateusz Kapryzk who leads the category after these first 60 minutes at the wheel of the No. 320 Inter Europol Competition Ligier JS P14 – Nissan. He is ahead of the United Autosports of Andrew Bentley and Joshua Caygill.

In LM GTE, pole sitter Conrad Grunewald was still in the lead before making a mistake in the Raidillon. There Ferrari of Kessel Racing crossed the track and Sarah Bovy, who arrived in a hurry, narrowly avoided this sinking car.
