Manu Guigou in the FIA ​​R-GT World Cup

For the second year in a row, Manu Guigou is tackling this competition reserved for GTs. Compared to 2021, several new features punctuate this program. It is now the Strasbourg resident Kévin Bronner who shares the passenger compartment of theAlpine A110 which will always be equipped with Michelin tires.

For the preparation of the car, Manu Guigou will trust Code Racing Development, a team managed by Pierre Comby and Jérôme Dernis. The calendar will again include 5 meetings. These asphalt rounds will be contested in WRC and ERC.

« A fantastic campaign awaits us with Alpine, declares the A110 Rally driver. Despite the experience accumulated in 2021, we must not take anything for granted as the challenges will be legion in 2022. I will thus discover the Canaries and the Barum, two rallies whose numerous traps have made their reputation. Even the rounds present last year have their share of surprises in store, starting with Monte-Carlo. » The start of this competition will indeed take place in a few days in Monaco. Winner last year, Guigou will try to double the stakes.
