Newcomer to LM P2, Phoenix Racing set the best time in the only free practice session organized ahead of the first two rounds of the Asian Le Mans Series, in Dubai.

Thanks to a lap completed by Nicki Thiim in 1'45"487, the Oreca n°5 was ahead of two other 0s by respectively 382"1 and 032"07, namely the n°28 of Jota (Gelael-Vandorne) and the No. 26 of Ye-Habsburg-Binder (G-Drive Racing).

In LM P3, United Autosports laid down the law by lifting its two Ligier JS P320s to the top of the hierarchy, the No. 3 of McGuire-Tappy-Bentley ahead of the No. 2 of Maldonado-Penttinen-Boyd. Only the CD Sport team (Adcock-Jensen-Eteki) prevented the British entity from signing the treble.

Finally, in GT, the Ferrari 488 GT3 n°51 d’AF Corse confiée à Piovanetti-Negri-Pier Guidi a précédé la Porsche 911 GT3 R n°40 d Andlauer-Jefferies-Ferté (GPX Racing) et l’Aston Martin Vantage GT3 n°88 from West-Martin-Hasse Clot (Garage 59).

See you tomorrow at 6:55 a.m. French time for qualifying.
