Asian LMS – Race Performance at the top

At the Fuji Speedway, the No. 03 Oreca 8-Judd of the Swiss Race Performance team set, in 1'36"667, the best time in the first free practice session of the opening round of the 'Asian Le Mans Series 2015-2016. A performance to be credited to the Japanese Shinji Nakano, who shares the wheel with the Swiss Nicolas Leutwiler. It’s a GT which is in second place, at 4”316, namely the McLaren 650S GT3 from Clearwater Racing on board which we find the Singaporean Mok Weng Sun, the Japanese Keita Sawa and the British Rob Bell.

The first LM P3, in this case the Ligier JS P3 of David Cheng Racing of the Ho pair Pin Tung-David Cheng is third. She is 4”339 behind the reference time. The AAI Motorsport ADESS 03s are a little further away, in 10th and 11th row, five and six seconds behind.
