The first free practice session for the 4 Hours of Estoril in Portugal, final of theELMS 2015, was largely disrupted by rain and wind and was interrupted prematurely. The Krohn Racing Ligier JS P2-Judd of Tracy Krohn, Olivier Pla and Niclas Jönsson, however, finished with the best time set in 1'47″724.
The Pegasus Racing Morgan-Nissan of David Cheng, Léo Roussel and Jonathan Coleman climbs into second position, but more than 3″8 behind. The two AF Racing BR01s did not set a time. The first LM P3, the Ginetta-Nissan of Team LNT of Gaëtan Paletou and Michael Simpson took 5th place in the general classification.
La BMW Z4 du TDS Racing de Dino Lunardi, Eric Dermont et Franck Perera domine la catégorie, avec une huitième place de la session alors que la meilleure GTE, la Porsche 911 RSR du Proton Compétition de Christian Reid, Richard Lietz et Sébastian Asch, termine 11e.
