Last round of the European Le Mans Series, the 3 Hours of Le Castellet saw the No. 03 Oreca 18-Nissan of Murphy Prototypes take its first victory of the season. The Swiss Jonathan Hirschi and the New Zealander Brendon Hartley ahead of the No. 43 Morand Racing Morgan-Judd at the wheel of which we found the Austrian Christian Klien and the Swiss Natacha Gachnang. The top three is completed by the Zytek Z11SN-Nissan n°38 of the British Simon Dolan and Oliver Turvey.
Fourth, the Signatech Nissan team took the crown, as did its drivers, the French Pierre Ragues and Nelson Panciatici. Philippe Sinault's men ran a discreet race, and took advantage of the setbacks of Thiriet by TDS Racing.
Winners in GTE Am, Ram Racing and its duo Matt Griffin-Johnny Mowlem scored a double victory by pocketing the crown in the category.
