The Asian Le Mans Series will remain in the United Arab Emirates in 2023

The Asian Le Mans TV Shows will not change its format in 2023. For two years and the arrival of the health crisis, the Asian endurance competition has relocated to the United Arab Emirates. Organized over two consecutive weekends, with two races in Dubai then two races in Yas Marina, the format was very popular. In 2022, the ALMS broke records in terms of audiences and participation on the grid.

Building on this success, the competition will take over the same organization next year. The first two races will take place on February 11 and 12, 2023 in Dubai then in Abu Dhabi on February 18 and 19, 2023. The four races will each last 4 hours, day and night.

Frédéric Lequien, general director of Le Mans Endurance Management, welcomed this decision. “ After a hugely successful season in the UAE, we are very excited to return there for an exciting new season of the Asian Le Mans Series. The format continues to attract record entries and is popular with audiences. I look forward to welcoming our teams and drivers there in February next year! »
