United Autosports has revealed the special livery that its No. 07 Oreca 23 will use in the Asian Le Mans Series as well as the trio who will sit behind the wheel of this LM P2 with its black and orange dress inspired by Bend Motorsport Park, in Australia.

The series will mark the debut of Yasser Shahin, two-time GT World Challenge Australia champion, Audi R8 LMS Cup winner, co-owner of The Bend Motorsport Park in Adelaide and entrepreneur. The Australian-Palestinian driver classified in the Bronze category has accumulated experience in GT, with 42 podiums and 19 victories from 85 races contested.

Another Australian driver, Garnet Patterson, will return to the United Autosports team for a second championship after the 2022 Michelin Le Mans Cup. Formula 3 Australia in 2014 made its first appearance in LM P2 racing two years ago in the Asian LMS at “The Bend”, precisely.

To complete the crew, Oliver Jarvis will make his return to the ALMS after more than a decade. The last time the British driver competed in the championship was in its inaugural year in 2009. The former Audi Sport and Mazda factory driver will travel to Dubai and Abu Dhabi to prepare for his second season WEC with the United Autosports team.

He will also participate in the 24 2023 Hours of Daytona with Era Motorsport.
