At a special stage of the arrival of Rally from Ypres in Belgium, the Belgian Freddy Loix (Skoda Fabia R5) is in a strong position to achieve a tenth success in his favorite event. Stéphane Lefebvre (Peugeot 208 T16 R5) s’est adjugé le scratch devant Bryan Bouffier (Citroën DS3 R5). Désillusion en revanche pour Romain Dumas (Porsche 911 R-GT), quatrième avant le début de cette spéciale, et qui était reporté arrêté dans le secteur chronométré.
The Frenchman's worries notably benefit Lefebvre who is back in the top 5.
